A leading company in packaging solutions is looking for a Machine Operator to join their Production Department on ‘D’ Crew. The role involves safe operation of machinery, monitoring quality, and maintaining health and safety standards. Candidates should possess National 5 Level qualifications and relevant production experience.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Educated to National 5 Level – Grade C or above in Maths, Science and English.
• Production and/or engineering experience in a continuous process industry.
• Enthusiasm, commitment, personal drive, and customer focus.
• A good understanding of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Tools and continuous improvement.
• Computer literate with good oral and written communication skills.
• Awareness of relevant Health & Safety and Hygiene Regulations.

• Salary based on minimum £38,896 p.a. to maximum £45,483 p.a.
