An engineering company based in Milton Keynes is seeking Machine Operators to operate industrial machinery, conduct quality checks, and maintain a safe working environment. Candidates should have previous experience in the engineering industry. This is a Temp to Perm, Full-Time role offering £12.60 - £14.00 per hour.

Hello,

We are currently looking for Machine Operators. If this role interests you, please get in touch.

Position: Machine Operators

Location: Engineering company based in the Crownhill area of Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform metal finishing and deburring using machinery (not manually/by hand).
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine faults; escalate issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in the engineering industry.
• CNC knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
• Flexible approach and keen to learn.

Additional Information:

• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with 1 Saturday per month.
• Job Type: Temp to Perm, Full Time.
• Pay Rate: £12.60 - £14.00 per hour.
