We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy steel fabrication workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on machine operating experience - especially those who have worked with plasma cutters, tube lasers, press brakes, or bending machines.

What We're Looking For:
We're after someone who has set up and operated machinery in a steel fabrication environment. Experience with plasma, tube laser, press brake, and bending equipment is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and follow work orders and technical drawings
• Set up and operate machines per task requirements
• Monitor machines during operation, making necessary adjustments
• Inspect and measure finished products to meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and report any faults or defects
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Training provided for testing and adjusting machine speeds using gauges and tools
