Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:30 & Friday 06:00-13:00

Salary: To be discussed on pre screening

Duration: Permanent

Job Duties:

1. Set up jigs and operate various CNC machines including but not limited to CNC milling centres and CNC lathes.
2. Work closely within the team to achieve manufacturing targets.
3. Communicate product status accurately both verbally and in writing.
4. Maintain high levels of attention to detail.
5. Cross-train when required to support other units.
6. Problem solving/quick thinking.

1. Previous experience operating CNC machinery desirable but not essential.
2. Previous machine operating experience.
3. Basic Microsoft Office application skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. An ability to follow standard operating procedures.
6. Willingness to cross-train across multiple departments.
7. Support and drive problem solving.
