I am currently looking to recruit a permanent Machine Operator for a specialist manufacturer near Stafford.

Duties

• Operate machinery as per the Standard Operating procedures.
• Ensure hourly performance is monitored and recorded.
• Identify and correct product quality issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Complete cleaning tasks as per standard operating procedures.
• Record production data that ensures full product traceability.

The ideal requirements are

• Educated to GCSE level
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial environment.

This role is working a rota of 4 days in Week 1 (Mon-Thu 6.45am till 7pm) followed by 3 nights in Week 2 (Mon-Wed 6.45pm till 7am)

Hourly rate is £13.91 plus a generous shift allowance of £2.20 per hour
