Overview

Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be hiring for our esteemed client based in Eythorne, near Dover Kent.

We are seeking a number of Production Operative / Machine Operatives to work on a 4 days in /4 days off shift pattern, rotating to nights shift 4 in/4 nights off.

Day shift rate: £12.30 per hour. Overtime available after 46 hours at £15.38 per hour. Start time 5:45am – 6:15pm (1 hour unpaid break).

Night shift rate: £14.15 per hour. Overtime available after 46 hours at £16.97 per hour. Start time 5:45pm – 6:15am (1 hour unpaid break).

Monthly bonus if targets achieved: £120 per month. Permanent contract after a successful probation period of 12 weeks.

Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery, including cutting, extrusion and laminating equipment.
  • Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Handle and transport aluminium/steel composite sheets and other raw materials safely.
  • Conduct basic machine and/or tool maintenance and report any faults or breakdowns.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
  • Follow Health and Safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and handling materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
