Interaction Recruitment is looking for long-term production operatives for our client based in Coventry, CV6. Previous experience working within a manufacturing/production environment is required to be considered for the role.

Role Specifications

• Shifts: Monday to Friday - 6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM / 10PM-6AM (rotating weekly)
• Hours: 40 hrs per week - Paid breaks & lunches
• Salary: £14.45-£14.76 per hour (£30,800 per year)
• Contract: Temporary to permanent
• Overtime: Available with excellent rates

Duties

• Safely operate cutting machines while adhering to safety regulations.
• Monitor equipment and products to ensure all areas stay within tolerances and guidelines.
• Responsible for the quality of products at all stages of production within the department.
• Perform quality control, final inspection, and boxing of finished products.
