Masstemps is seeking a Spot Welding Machine Operator for the 06:00–14:00 shift. The role is factory-based, working on steel components for construction sites.

You will operate a spot welder, position and align steel rods on a circular rotating table, and use a foot pedal to weld pieces. Training is provided, and previous spot welding is not essential.

Hourly pay is £12.71, with Friday finish at 10:00 am. This is a hands-on operator role requiring good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Job Description

Working on a spot welding machine manufacturing steelwork for construction sites.

As an operator you will lay the steel rods vertically and horizontally across one another on a circular rotating table, aligns them under the spot welder and uses a foot pedal to weld the pieces together.
