Job summary

Know How Resourcing is recruiting a Machine Operative to join our client in Bingley. This hands-on role suits someone who is mechanically minded and keen to learn new skills. Shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, with in-person work location.

You will carry out quality inspections, monitor machine performance, and help production meet targets while maintaining high standards. Good attention to detail, reliability and a team-focused attitude are essential, while prior machinery
