Summary of Role

The job involves performing routine mechanical tasks and maintaining machinery to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations in the Production Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct safety checks on machinery and equipment as necessary.
• Transport goods and pallets across the site using a counterbalance forklift.
• Maintain accurate records for the department.
• Fulfill daily production requirements as instructed by the Production Management Team.
• Minimise downtime and waste.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience in record keeping with attention to detail.
• Awareness of health and safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.

Working Hours and Benefits
