About The Role

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to join our manufacturing site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidates will work from Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30 or 07:00-15:30.

Main responsibilities:
  • Follow detailed technical drawings to produce end products of the highest standard.
  • Effectively and safely control a variety of woodworking machinery including CNC drills, edge banders, glue machines, and a variety of hand tools.
  • Participate in training and mentoring of Trainee Machine Operators.
  • Carry out rigorous quality checks to ensure high-quality standards are always met, reporting any quality issues to management and the QC team.
  • Operate machines, move, and remove parts as required for cleaning processes.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace.
