Job summary

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established food manufacturing business in Oswestry. Production Operatives will operate various production machinery, work on production lines and perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

Roles involve standing for long periods, day and night shifts (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am) with a 3 days on, 3 days off pattern, paying £13.87 per hour and offering a temporary-to-permanent path.

Job Details

• Pay: £13.87 per hour
• Hours of Work: 3 days on, 3 days off, working days and nights, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
• Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Job Role

Production Operatives will work within a busy cheese production environment, operating various production machinery, working on production lines and carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Production Operatives will spend a significant amount of the working day standing on the production line and will be required to work both day and night shifts.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working a rotating day and night shift pattern & spending significant periods of the working day standing on a production line

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a food production environment
• Previous experience operating production machinery would be advantageous for Production Operatives
