Job Description

Shifts: 3 on, 3 off 7am-7pm

Salary: £23,334

Do you believe every crunchy kettle chip is a mini-masterpiece? If so, keep reading—because we've got the job for you!

You will work alongside a hardworking friendly team who strive for success! Full training will be provided, alongside our in-depth induction programme.

There are plenty of growth and skill development opportunities. Our machine operators, once successfully trained, move to grade 2 (normally at around 6 months) where your salary would increase. From here you can progress to grade 3 and Team Leader roles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
2. Producing the required product to our high standards
3. Attention to detail when data inputting
4. Maintaining a clean production environment
5. To ensure that the production lines operate efficiently
6. Comply with food safety standards, quality, and legality always.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

1. Good literacy, numeracy skills
2. A reliable, enthusiastic team player.
3. Good communication skills and an open, honest approach.
4. Ability to work as part of a team and manage individual workload.
5. Display a positive work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude.
6. Attention to detail, and flexible in duties.
7. A proven attendance and timekeeping record.
8. Desirable: previous experience gained in a factory environment. However, further training will be provided.
