About The Role

• Permanent, full-time, and weekly paid!
• 42 hours per week
• 4 on, 4 off day shift pattern (07:00 - 19:30)
• £13.20 - £14.40 per hour

What to expect as an AMFRESH Machine Operative:

• Maintain the smooth running of production lines, collaborating with your Line Leader on line speed improvements.
• Report machine faults promptly to the technical and engineering team.
• Ensure all operating equipment is clean, safe, and ready for the next shift.
• Adjust equipment, change tools, and prepare materials such as labels for new products.
• Report hourly performance and suggest ways to maximize line efficiency and profit.
• Manage downtime and changeovers effectively.
• Highlight areas of concern and suggest improvements.
• Complete administrative duties such as reports for the Line Leader and Admin team.
