About the Role

Machine Operative – Nights ( Training to take place on Days)

St Mary Bourne, Andover

4 on 4 off shifts

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives to join our team in our busy salad production factory. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring machinery on the production line
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Conducting regular quality checks and reporting any issues
• Report any faults/damage on any equipment
• Completion of Pre and Post check sheets
• Following health & safety and food hygiene regulations
• Keeping the work area clean and organised

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working as a machine operative in a factory or food production environment is preferred/.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
