Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading FMCG company, in their search for Machine Operators to work in their facility in Oswestry.

For the successful Machine Operator, our client is offering:

• £34,000 per annum starting salary, rising to £38,000 after completing 12-week probation
• 3 on 3 off shift pattern: 5.50 am to 5.50 pm and 5.50 pm to 5.50 am (3 days/3 nights)
• Opportunity for progression
• Permanent role

The role - Machine Operator:

• Operate production machinery safely to produce products meeting customer specifications
• Carry out all Quality Assurance checks
• Analyse and adhere to production plans
• Picking and packing
• Work towards targets
• Use production IT systems
• Maintain strict Food Hygiene standards

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
• Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL
• Food manufacturing experience - DESIRABLE
• Demonstrable stability in work history
• Strong attention to detail
