Machine Operative

As a Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine, you'll work within the production team to maintain and operate production lines, ensuring the delivery of quality products in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. This role is fast-paced, high-volume, and demanding, but rewarding as you'll be part of a team contributing to delivering quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities include running the production line, conducting system setups and calibrations to meet compliance and order requirements, and aiming to maximize overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime, and giveaway.

• Has previous experience working with machinery in a production environment (preferred)
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Works well as part of a team and enjoys physical activity
• Can maintain concentration during repetitive tasks
• Is open to working in varying temperature conditions
