Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a reliable Machine Operative / Picker in Ashford for a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start. Salary £27,500 per annum; hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm. Location is Ashford.

You will operate a hydraulic press to cut cardboard materials and soft gasket products, perform picking and packing, label orders, manage stock, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Strong accuracy, numeracy, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Experience in machine operation, warehouse or manufacturing is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.

About the Role
