An established industry player is seeking a Mould Shop Operator to join their dynamic engineering team in Harlow. This role involves manual handling and maintenance of moulds, ensuring they are sandblasted and prepared for tests. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and comfortable with physical work. While previous experience in a workshop is beneficial, it is not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy environment with potential for overtime on weekends, making it ideal for those looking to expand their skills in engineering.

Mould Shop Operator - £14 per hour
Location: Harlow CM20
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay: £14 per hour + Overtime available on Saturdays and Sundays

We are currently recruiting for a Mould Shop Operator to join a busy and dynamic engineering team.

Role Overview:
Your duties will include:

Sandblasting moulds coming off machines
Cleaning and preparing moulds for engineering tests
Manual handling of moulds (up to 25kg)

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable with manual and physical work
Reliable and proactive attitude
Previous workshop or engineering experience is beneficial but not essential
