Job summary

Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Halesowen is seeking Machine/Production Operatives for an ongoing role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position is full-time, on-site, with training hours Monday to Friday 7:30am–16:00, and Friday early finish; normal shifts Monday to Thursday 15:00–01:00.

Pay is £12.71–£13.25 per hour, with pay rise after a 12-week probation. Duties include using hand and power tools, reading a tape measure, operating machinery, handling materials,

• Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with a positive attitude towards work.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Description:

Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Machine / Production Operatives for in the Halesowen area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role within a fast-paced and well-established manufacturing operation.

Training Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30am- 16:00pm
• Early finish on Fridays

Normal Hours will be:

• Monday to Thursday
• 15:00pm- 01:00am

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 - £13.25 per hour
• Increase in pay following successful completion of 12-week probation period

Job Duties:

• Using a variety of hand and power tools including drills, spanners and wrenches
• Being able to read a tape measure
• Operating machinery
• Lifting, loading and unloading
• Carrying out quality checks on completed products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
