Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for a night shift role in Wisbech. You will be responsible for managing your own workload, ensuring machines run efficiently, weighing products, and carrying out process checks.

The position involves training other workers, completing quality documentation, and meeting customer specifications. The role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity after 3 months and a pay rate of £13.80 per hour.

Work Hours and Shift

Night shift in Elm, Wisbech.

Hours: 10pm to 6am. 5 days out of 7.

Contract and Pay

Temp‑perm opportunity after 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for own workload – ensuring efficiency of machines, minimising down time and defective packs.
• Check weighing products.
• Carry out process checks and machine wash downs.
• Meeting customer specifications.
• Training other workers.
• Completion of quality documentation – ensuring it is accurate and legible.
