Job summary

Straight Forward Recruitment are recruiting a Machine Minder for a busy freeze-dried pet food manufacturing facility in Snetterton. The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery, setting up machines, and maintaining quality standards.

You will report faults, perform routine cleaning, and work as part of a team to hit production targets, with a temp-to-perm path and pay reviews after 12 weeks.

MACHINE MINDER – SNETTERTON

Straight Forward Recruitment are recruiting!

We are looking for an experienced Machine Minder to join a busy freeze-dried pet food manufacturing facility in Snetterton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

PAY & BENEFITS

• £12.71 per hour to start
• Increasing to £13.50 per hour after 12 weeks
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00.

Snetterton

The Role

• Operating and monitoring production machinery.
