About the Role

As a Machine Learning Specialist, you will develop models for route optimization, emissions forecasting, and operational efficiency, working with real-time and historical logistics data. Collaboration with engineers, product designers, and logistics experts is essential, along with experience in cloud deployment and model lifecycle management.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain ML models for logistics optimization and emissions estimation.
• Develop data pipelines from various sources, including GPS streams and unstructured data like documents and chat records.
• Collaborate with cloud and data engineers to deploy models in production.
• Evaluate tools and frameworks based on performance and impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in designing and deploying ML models for real-world applications.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost.
• Experience with large datasets, streaming data, and cloud platforms (preferably GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Understanding of the model lifecycle from research to deployment.
• Interest in sustainability and transport-related challenges.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with geospatial data and emissions modeling.
• Knowledge of OCR, NLP, Computer Vision, and MLOps tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized ML workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs and chatbots.
