Job summary

Understanding Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy production‑grade AI systems focused on LLMs. You’ll work across models, data, evaluation and production pipelines, turning the latest AI advances into reliable, high‑impact products.

You’ll design evaluation frameworks, experiment with prompting and fine‑tuning, and collaborate with software and product teams to shape the ML architecture and tooling for scalable, real‑world solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Python & software engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and PyTorch.
• Knowledge of transformers, embeddings and modern NLP concepts.
• Experience taking ML models from experimentation through to production.

Responsibilities

Want to build LLM-powered systems that have to work reliably in the real world?

We’re looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to help build and deployproduction-grade AI systems, with a particular focus on LLMs and modern generative AI.

This isn’t a research-only role. You’ll work acrossmodels, data, evaluation and production systems- turning the latest advances in AI into reliable, high-impact products.

What you’ll do

• Build and shipLLM-powered features and systemsinto production
