Our App Ads Team develops machine learning models to predict user conversions, optimizing advertising effectiveness and driving growth. We are seeking a motivated engineer to join our diverse team of software engineers, data scientists, and ads experts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable deep learning models using cutting-edge techniques for app conversions modeling.
• Design strategies for signal loss mitigation to ensure prediction accuracy with incomplete or noisy data.
• Research, implement, test, and deploy new model architectures, including deep neural networks with advanced pooling and feature interaction architectures.
• Perform feature engineering to convert raw Reddit data into meaningful features using various techniques.
• Mentor team members and advocate for cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to team strategy and participate in planning for the future.

Who You Might Be:

• Experience with industry-level deep learning models.
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• End-to-end experience in training, evaluating, testing, and deploying models.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines.
