Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI agents for various applications, including customer service, logistics, and internal operations.
• Develop robust agent architectures using ML, NLP, knowledge representations, and reasoning.
• Integrate AI agents with JD.com systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Conduct research and experiment with new AI paradigms to improve agent performance.

• Design, implement, and optimize AI agents for various applications, including customer service, supply chain optimization, recommendation systems, and internal operations.
• Develop robust agent architectures, incorporating machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), knowledge representation, and reasoning techniques.
• Integrate AI agents with existing JD.com systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
• Conduct research and experimentation with new AI paradigms and technologies to continuously improve agent performance and capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define agent requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine‑tune deployed AI agents, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to the development of internal AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Job Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and implementing AI agents or intelligent systems.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP techniques.
• Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or cognitive architectures.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
