Job summary

JD.com is seeking an innovative AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents that enhance our e-commerce and logistics platforms. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI techniques to create autonomous systems that improve efficiency, personalization, and user experience.

The role requires strong research, hands-on coding in Python/Java/C++, and collaboration with data scientists and product teams to deliver scalable solutions across our global operations.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI agents or intelligent systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI agents for various applications, including customer service, supply chain optimization, recommendation systems, and internal operations.
• Develop robust agent architectures with ML models, NLP, knowledge representation, and reasoning techniques.
• Integrate AI agents with existing JD.com systems and data flows.
• Conduct research and experimentation with new AI paradigms to improve performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to define agent requirements.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed AI agents for accuracy and scalability.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define agent requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed AI agents, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to the development of internal AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Job Qualifications
