Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of design/implementation experience in AI agents or intelligent systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ and ML/NLP frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI agents for customer service, supply chain, recommendations, and internal ops.
• Develop agent architectures with ML models, NLP, knowledge representation, and reasoning.
• Integrate AI agents with JD.com systems and ensure data flow and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor and fine-tune deployed agents for accuracy and reliability.
