About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable AI solutions, integrating foundation models, and optimizing AI systems for enterprise use cases.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor LLM performance for business use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve response quality and accuracy.
• Develop model guardrails, content filtering, and responsible AI controls.
• Conduct AI model testing, benchmarking, and performance optimization.

Your Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with:
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Semantic Kernel
• OpenAI APIs / Azure OpenAI
• Hugging Face
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Machine Learning fundamentals.
• NLP concepts and transformer architectures.
• Model evaluation and observability.
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering.
