Job summary

Capgemini in Manchester is seeking a GenAI Technical Lead to drive and scale Generative AI initiatives across EMEA, delivering business value through AI-enabled solutions in operational domains.

You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using RAG, Prompt Engineering, Open-Source LLMs, LangChain, and related frameworks; lead programs and mentor teams while aligning with Capgemini's global AI4OPS strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years hands-on experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML or related fields.
  • Proven experience delivering Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading AI programs and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Job Title: Gen AI Technical LeadLocation: ManchesterAbout the Job you are considering:The GenAI Technical Lead will be responsible for driving and scaling Generative AI initiatives across EMEA, with a focus on delivering business value through AI-enabled solutions in operational domains such as Corporate Trust. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies, leadership of enterprise AI programs, stakeholder management, and collaboration across engineering, operations, and product teams.
