About The Role

Location: Hayes Transfer Station

• Salary: £16.92 per hour /£34,000.00 per annum
• Working hours: 38.5 hours per week
• Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off

What will I be doing?

• Manage the operation of loading shovel, and if appropriately trained, other mobile plant in use.
• Record and report any defects.
• Ensure maximisation of recycling and recovery within the facility, whilst minimising waste sent to landfill.
• Ensure pedestrian and vehicle segregation at all times.

What are the requirements?

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join the current site team and ensure site operations exceed standards.
