Position Summary: Assemble components to build automated equipment to be used primarily for the Glass Industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assemble machinery according to assembly drawings.
  • Perform basic electrical wiring.
  • Be able to use Hand Tools.
  • Exercise safe work habits and maintain a clean and safe working area.
  • Reliable Attendance.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Previous experience working in job shops, machine build, or fabrication a plus.
  • Ability to operate machinery such as manual lathes, mills, and drill press a plus.
  • Be able to read Mechanical or Electrical Blueprints.
  • Demonstrate an attitude of teamwork.
  • Associate Mechanical Engineering Degree but not required.
