A leading recruitment agency is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide onsite Apple Mac support in Central London. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Mac environments and experience with systems like Jamf and SCCM. Candidates must be able to work 5 days a week onsite and have experience in providing direct support to users. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
