Job summary

TXP is seeking a Quest SME to support a large-scale M365 tenant-to-tenant migration programme. The role demands deep practical expertise with Quest On Demand and a strong focus on end-user experience throughout the migration life cycle.

The successful candidate will plan, execute, and monitor migrations across Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online, coordinating with deployment teams and ensuring minimal disruption to users. This is a remote contract role ending February 12, 2027.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Quest On Demand for M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of migrating Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Excellent understanding of M365 migration dependencies (shared mailboxes, groups, Outlook profile reconfiguration).
• Experience managing migration batches and minimising disruption to end users.
• Proven ability to assess migration impacts and challenge plans when risks or gaps are identified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations using Quest On Demand.
• Plan and execute migration batches, considering dependencies and user impact.
• Collaborate with scheduling and deployment teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor migration progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular reporting.
• Maintain migration runbooks, deployment documentation, and BAU handover materials.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps within migration plans.
