Job summary

Thomas Ren Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced M365 Migration Project Manager to lead data and endpoint migrations within a large-scale, international tenant-consolidation programme. You will oversee Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business migrations using Microsoft’s native cross-tenant migration tools, alongside Windows endpoint migrations using Quest OnDemand AD.

• Proven track record in M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and endpoint migrations.
• Experience with Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business migrations using native tools and Quest OnDemand AD.
• Delivery-focused PM role; hands-on engineering is not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end migration planning and delivery with waves and milestones.
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders for readiness and cutovers.
• Resolve migration blockers and validate post-migration transition to hypercare.
• Provide governance, risk, issue management and progress reporting.
