Investigo's major client is seeking M365 Technical product Lead with a strong background in MDM (Mobile Device Management) and EUC (End-User Computing) to join an existing transformation programme.

This is a fully remote with infrequent visits to site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical direction and implementation of M356 projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize MDM solutions for a seamless user experience and enhanced security.
• Oversee EUC strategies, ensuring the efficient delivery and management of end-user devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements as necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of M365
• Strong expertise in MDM technologies and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune)
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to MDM and EUC.
