A growing international business in Ross-on-Wye is seeking an M365 Data Specialist to manage and maintain critical data systems, support day-to-day IT operations, and promote a modern, secure, cloud-first environment. You'll develop and support Power Platform solutions while providing second-line support to users. Are you a skilled in Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms? Looking for a varied and impactful role supporting global operations?

Working closely with the IT Manager and wider operations teams, you'll manage data pipelines, maintain Microsoft 365 services, and help shape the long-term IT strategy-while also resolving user issues and promoting best practices across the organisation.

The Role:

  • Manage and maintain data systems and pipelines, ensuring security and accessibility across departments

  • Contribute to the ongoing migration from legacy systems and strengthen the organisation's cloud-first strategy
  • Deliver second-line support and guidance to UK and international users, including on-site and remote support



The Person:

  • Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint, Intune, and Entra
  • Proficient with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate); able to build and maintain business-critical solutions
  • Good understanding of networking, server admin, and desktop support in a secure, cloud-based environment
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database technologies is a plus
  • Organised, proactive, and confident supporting a broad user base across multiple regions
