Job summary

Bell Integration is seeking a skilled M365 Consultant to join the Modern Workplace team in London. You will work with the Consultancy & Advisory Lead to shape practice strategy and provide technical support for new opportunities and ongoing service optimisation.

This hybrid role sits in London and focuses on Exchange design, modern collaboration, and secure identity integration. You’ll implement and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions, drive Viva/Loop adoption, and deliver clear governance

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on Exchange on-premises and online experience, including hybrid coexistence.
• Extensive knowledge of Teams, Viva, Loop, Planner, Power Platform, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Fabric.
• Strong identity experience across Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, and Microsoft identity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and migrate Exchange environments (2010-2019) including hybrid deployments.
• Drive adoption and integration of Modern Workplace tools (Viva, Loop, Planner, Fabric).
• Plan, design, and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with security requirements.
• Produce high-quality design documents and runbooks; maintain governance artefacts.
• Lead complex multi-forest migrations and identity integration using Entra ID / Azure AD Connect.

About the Role

We're looking for a M365 Consultant to join our Modern Workplace team. You'll work closely with the Consultancy & Advisory Lead to develop the Practice strategy and provide technical support for both new opportunities and ongoing service optimisation.

This is a hybrid role with the link location in London.

What you'll be doing

• Exchange Expertise: Design, configure, and migrate complex Exchange environments (2010-2019 and Exchange Online), including hybrid deployments, cutovers, staged migrations, and decommissioning legacy environments.
• Modern Collaboration Solutions: Drive adoption and integration of Microsoft Viva (Connections, Insights, Learning, Engage), Loop components, Planner, To Do, Whiteboard, and Microsoft Fabric for data-driven collaboration and insights.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Plan, design, and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business outcomes and security requirements.
• Governance & Documentation: Produce high-quality Solution Outlines, High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and operational runbooks; maintain technical governance artefacts.
• Migration Best Practices: Lead complex multi-forest migrations, directory synchronisation, and identity integration using Entra ID / Azure AD Connect and best-practice cutover plans.

What you'll bring

• Significant hands‑on experience with Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and online), hybrid coexistence, and migration scenarios.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Viva, Loop, Planner, Power Platform, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong identity background across Entra ID (Azure AD), ADFS, and Microsoft Identity Manager; hybrid identity design and troubleshooting.
• Intune design and configuration for MDM/MAM, Autopilot, Windows 10/11 lifecycle management, compliance and configuration policies.
