Plan Define and own strategy and investments for all up product revenue, P&L and scorecard results, across channels. Define and own product specific channel strategy, in partnership with Channel Sales FY budget risk / opportunity analysis and forecasting (Voice of Customer) Local insights, feedback and competitive analysis – translate feedback into key internal insights to influence future strategies and implementation of opportunities Market Level investment strategy, programs and incentives cross channel and ecosystem Partner Level and Channel Sales Strategy investments, programs and incentives Define audience data & TAM as the starting point for Partner Planning Framework As M365 category expert, brief sales and marketing teams on product strategy, value proposition, audience as well as product strategic programs and incentives Execute Create local enablement to execute CSA priorities [i] Vision, goals and priorities [ii] localization of partner pitch deck Inputs into CCPM marketing planning including objectives, audience and messaging strategy Market investment strategy, channel programs and incentives to maximize short term results (revenue, GM) and LTV Channel product allocation strategy and open orders management( Channel Sales), inc. product forecast, in collaboration with Supply and Ops at region/territory level- Split Manage portfolio of investments, channels, motions to maximize short term results (rev, scorecard) and LTV. Look for opportunities to pilot new GTM & Sales motions to future proof our business. Be the internal and external voice of the product/solution with 1st Party and 3rd Party partners in regions, including Product PR. Manage & Monitor Alignment into WW ROB for CSA, including SPC, MBR, Quarterly Readiness Checks. Overall performance outlook and forecasting for financial ROB Partner closely with finance to ensure planning across revenue and investments is harmonized for budget and forecast cycles. Accountable to product rev, P&L and scorecard results including forecasting. Lead investment and fiscal control and optimization. Drive strategic and agile tactical communication process of business performance. Generate business and competitive insights thru data analysis & visualization, including Gross Adds, product mix, attach and other relevant KPI’s
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs) (IC): 4+ years category management, product management, marketing strategy, business planning, product planning, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience. Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs) 5-8 years of experience in consumer electronics industry, subscription services, retail category management, or like business. Experience with devices sales in consumer channels a plus. Thought leadership: be a skillful leader, driving clarity, generating energy and delivering results, directly and influencing others - both internally at Microsoft and externally thru retail partners. Represent business in front of partners and stakeholders at all levels inside and outside Microsoft.
