M365 Architect – £80,000 - £95,000 - Home based

This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both commercial/technical and have the ability to build rapport with key customers and internally.

Your Responsibilities

1. Research and Development of new Modern Work products and services
2. Participate in private and public previews
3. Ensure internal teams are 'customer zero' - testing and authenticating new products on internal services before external deployment
4. Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to shape the technical roadmap
5. Stay informed about 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
6. Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
7. Create high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
8. Implement processes and templates for internal and customer use
9. Collaborate with Product Team, Presales, Professional Services, and Managed Services
10. Create blueprints for customer delivery that are scalable and repeatable
11. Identify automation opportunities and work with teams to implement them
12. Support vendor management and partner accreditation activities
