M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operatives – Bridgwater

Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Bridgwater area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures, using a stop/go board, and other Traffic Management roles.

Successful candidates should have:

  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to carry out work to a high standard

Applicants must have:

  • Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 qualification (not essential)
  • CSCS card (preferred)
  • Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts outside normal working hours
  • Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
  • Driving license (preferred)

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, days or nights

Rate of pay:

  • Overtime at 150% after 40 hours Monday – Friday, nights, and Saturdays
  • Standby payments for being on call Monday – Thursday or Friday – Sunday
