M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operatives – Bodmin

Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Bodmin area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures, using a stop/go board, and other Traffic Management roles.

Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to carry out work to a high standard

Applicants must have:

  • Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)
  • CSCS card (Preferred)
  • Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
  • Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
  • Driving License (Preferred)

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday, days or nights.

Rate of Pay:

  • Overtime at 150% after 40 hours Monday – Friday, nights, and Saturdays
  • Standby payments for being on call Monday – Thursday or Friday – Sunday

  • Overtime at overtime rates
  • No umbrella payments or fees
  • Only Tax and National Insurance deductions, which will be shown on your payslip.
