Cranswick Poultry Added Value is a specialty producer of delicious, cooked poultry ingredients and is a leading innovator in the industry. We create exciting, original products that meet the needs of today’s busy consumers. Join our team as a M&S Technical Account Manager.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Ensure the new M&S business is delivered effectively across the 2 added value poultry sites, ensuring the highest levels of food safety, legality, integrity, product quality, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Promote commitment to continuous improvement, communicate effectively, and be flexible in approach at all levels. Provide solutions for technical teams to address key challenges.
• Create weekly contact reports to feedback key messages into M&S.
• Identify and address gaps across sites against the M&S CoP and drive actions to ensure compliance.
• Drive consistency and standardization across the added poultry sites.
• Attend M&S site visits.
• Support quality improvement plans at sites.
• Assist factory teams in resolving quality/prelaunch challenges.
• Upskill site teams with M&S ways of working.
• Collaborate with operational, technical, QA, and NPD/EPD teams.
