We have an exciting M&E Technician opportunity to join our Aylesbury engineering team. This role involves maintaining services across the site according to our Planned Preventative Maintenance programme, including equipment such as industrial steam boilers, waste heat boilers, water treatment plants, refrigeration, DAF, HVAC, and more.

How would you make an impact

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on site equipment, conduct condition appraisals, and work with OEMs during service activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with QEHS standards like Legionella, fire safety, PSSR, and LOTO.
  • Authorize permits and oversee safe work practices.

  • Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 NVQ or recognized engineering qualification, with experience in reactive and preventative maintenance, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Possess problem-solving skills, resilience, teamwork, and a drive for continuous improvement.
