Equans has secured a prestigious contract to deliver a low-carbon student accommodation project for LSE. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative project focusing on energy efficiency, digital tech, and sustainable design. You will manage the facility and help achieve sustainability goals, enhancing the student experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and guiding in-house M&E Engineers
  • Planning and delivering maintenance work
  • Organizing tasks and ensuring documentation is up-to-date
  • Ensuring safety standards and liaising with contractors
  • Working with client representatives and managing procurement
  • Providing cost estimates and managing paperwork
  • Participating in on-call emergency support
  • Upholding health and safety policies
