CPB Northwest Ltd. seeks an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical operations on our live projects. You will lead diverse teams, manage daily on-site activities and coordinate with clients and suppliers to meet project goals.

The role requires proven supervision experience, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Relevant qualifications and on-site credentials are preferred, with emphasis on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising mechanical and electrical teams within engineering or construction environments.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical teams to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently and safely.
• Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage resource allocation including labour, materials and equipment to optimise productivity.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to support smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management.
• Mentor junior staff to foster continuous improvement and professional development.
