Job Title: M&E Site Supervisor - Substation Project

Location: Glasgow (G81)

Rate: £35.00 per hour (Outside IR35 - Ltd Company or CIS)

Duration: 3 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 45 per week (Mon-Thurs: 10 hrs/day, Fri: 5 hrs - early finish)

Overview:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project in Central Scotland. This is a key role on a live substation upgrade project involving 275kV systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all mechanical and electrical installation activities on-site
  • Liaise with delivery teams, site stakeholders, and contractors
  • Ensure HSE compliance and daily site coordination
  • Report progress, manage snagging, and ensure work meets specifications
  • Supervise direct and subcontract labour
  • Assist with day-to-day site logistics and planning
