You will take ownership of pre and post contract strategies, manage subcontract packages, and work with our customers and specialists to ensure value and compliance. The role offers progression within a supportive team and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• DBS check required at offer stage.
• Experience in commercial construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project commercial strategies and manage own subcontract packages.
• Maximise project cashflow through effective commercial management.
• Assist with tender enquiries and subcontract final accounts with the Commercial Lead.
