SES Engineering Services in the UK North team is seeking an M&E Site Surveyor to lead the commercial elements of high profile mechanical and electrical projects.

You will own subcontract packages, support tender strategies, and help maximise cashflow while collaborating with customers and specialists. This role offers an opportunity to progress within a diverse, supportive team and benefit from flexible working and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the project commercial strategies and take ownership for your own subcontract packages, whilst demonstrating an understanding of the implementation of internal and external tender strategies.
• Maximise project cashflow by effective commercial management.
• Contribute to relevant project procurement strategies with particular focus on the issuing of tender enquiries, package reconciliations and production of subcontract orders, whilst working with the Commercial Lead to agree main and subcontract final accounts.
