Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular event & accommodation venue in London, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Meeting & Events Sales Executive to join their team for an ongoing placement that has the potential to lead to permanent for the right person.



What’s in it for you?

* Monday and Friday (primarily Office hours)
* Salary - From £15.00 per hour, depending on experience
* Weekly pay (paid each Friday)
* 40-hour week



What’s involved?

* Manage client relationships, develop and execute marketing strategies, whilst overseeing budgeting and forecasting
* Supervise team members, optimising the event booking system (rendezvous)and ensuring smooth delivery of all events
* Act as the client’s main point of contact on event days
* Conduct event briefings and fire safety introductions
* Check on client satisfaction throughout the event
* Coordinate with catering and internal teams for seamless service

Requirements:

* Previous experience in M&E or Sales, both proactive and reactive desired within hospitality or similar venues
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Ideally, knowledge of PMS systems – Rendezvous would be advantageous
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* MUST be immediately available with no commitments, such as holidays or notice period, as we are seeking someone to start w/c 16th June for 8 weeks minimum
